My chi came in the mail today! Very excited about that. Thanks Jenny for letting me come over every morning to do my hair. You're such a great friend.

My super saturday project turned out great! Thanks to everyone for all your help. It was a long day but I am glad its over and that stress is gone. I hope everyone liked all the cute projects.

One of those days...

Do you ever have one of those days you just feel like everything hits at once! Today is one of them for me. I know they are all little things and it could be worse. But today im just sick of being strong through it all and crying makes it all feel a little bit better dont you think?!

Im probably lame for getting emotional over my CHI dying on me! You'd think they would last a lot longer when you fork out $100.00 on one and it only lasts a year. This is my 2nd one in 3 years but come on it is the one and only flat iron, nothing compares.
Im already hating my hair not being done since what feels like months and months since ive had it done, but im 2 weeks from going home and having cheryl FINALLY do my hair.
Now I have to wait 2-3 business days for my new Chi to arrive.
It really does affect a girl!

On top of it all I hate how I stress over things...my project I want it to be perfect, my son SICK again for like the millionth time, getting so itchy to go home for a week, missing my sisters, missing cafe rio (still)...

I think when you finally break down so many little things come to your mind and you feel so overwhelmed with it all.

I guess I just needed to vent...Tomorrow is a new day!

Trick or Treat!

A group of us took the kids TRICK or TREATING on Halloween night. It was Boston's first Halloween Trick or Treating. It was so cute to watch all the kids walk up to the door together. Boston gave up about half way through and was more interested in all the Halloween decorations people had out.

Last night we had a girls night. SO nice to just go to dinner and the mall with no kids! It was a well needed getaway for a few hours. Thank you to our husbands for letting us go and taking care of the kids. The dads also took the kids to Mcdonalds while we were out, so cute!

Haircut

We took Boston to Cookie Cutters today for a haircut. He did so well! They kept him very entertained with Thomas The Trian movie and a sucker. He looks so handsome and so grown up.

Trunk or Treat

Today was a fun filled day with lots of candy!

Jenny and I took the kids to the Summit today they had a Trick or Treat Parade. It was a lot of fun we walked through every room and they had everyone dressed up in costumes passing out candy to the kids.

Tonight we had our Wards Trunk or Treat. It was fun we had a bunch of games for all the kids. Then after we went outside and did our TRUNK OR TREAT. It was fun! I thought it was so cute even the missionaries decorated their trunk and passed out candy.

This last week we were able to have my parents come visit us! We had so much fun.

We went down to Logan, Ohio Friday morning (that is where my dad is from). We stayed with my dad's Aunt and Uncle and they took such great care of us. They own a restaurant and some stores so it was fun to go and eat at their restaurant and go take a look at all their shops. My dad's cousin Aaron lives on this awesome country land he has 60 acres of just trees we felt like we were up in the mountains. We went 4 wheeling and had so much fun!

On the way home we drove through the Amish Country side of Ohio. It was so gorgeous we want to go back and check it out some more. It is just so beautiful there.

We just did a lot of shopping and eating out while they were here. My parents took such good care of us. Thank you mom and dad for all you did for us! We go home in 3 weeks and we can't wait!!

Storytime

Angie, Jenny and I have been taking the kids on Monday mornings to storytime at the library. Yesterday was our last day. But, we are signing them up again for the next month. They really have so much fun going.
